Meeting Minutes     June 5, 2008 Time started: 7:30pm. Those in attendance: Richard & Gigi Yeargan Bob Lea Lorin Jones Ron Delaney Larry & Carol Whitehead Del & Stacie Albright Trina Knutsen Carol & Gary Pearson Pete Alexander Glenn & Cindy Hammack Laura Blake & Kristin President: Not much to report tonight. Vice-President: no info tonight Treasurer: Pete has a balance of $2038.44. Sent $270.00 to C4WDC. Delegate and Land Use: Del says there is a need to relocate the marines from their present spot. Restrictions are being planned for how close you can park in or near campsites. Stacie has a picture on the front cover of Low Range magazine. Del is in the center fold of the same magazine. Correspondence: none July 4th event- The club decided to join the parade in Moke Hill on that day. Sally will be the leader of the parade. Line-up at 10:00 am. We will meet at Del & Stacie”s house at 9:00 am. There is a $10.00 participation fee but not sure yet if it is per person or group. Old Business: Richard, Bob S., and Eric passed the ham radio test. Dates on tests will be announced by Richard through email for those still interested. New Business: T-shirts are on the agenda again. Ron will get some information from the guy a few doors down from him. Ron will also get the screen from Mike. Richard brought up land use fund money in the by-laws. Pete will come up with an amount. Ron got an email on OHV license plates. There is a petition going on.
