Introductions went around the room.” Thank you”, to our guests that came tonight.

President: Glenn started out by telling us a little about himself, and that he met Cindy at
where they worked together. He passed out some flyers and information on an
item to buy. Glenn, you did a great job as President.

Vice-President: Eric did not have information at this time.

Secretary: Gigi. Well, I will take over the position for Bob. Bob had to decline the opportunity.

Treasurer: April took over for Pete because he had to work tonight. There was a concern on some people or families that have not paid dues or do not show up to meetings or come on runs. We let her know who dropped and who are still in club.

Delegate: Del is going to convention as he does every year. He talked of the up coming Death Valley run. There is a possible closing of part of slick rock trail. Del & Stacie brought to show us two items of interest a water bag called the Hydra and an emergency kit with a lot of stuff in it that you would need, like a flash light with no batteries in it. The kit looks like a back pack.

Correspondence: Ron opened up mail to share with us. Reported on trail problems.

Membership: Had contacts but did not show up. Gary was able to present his gift to Bob & Lynn for having the Christmas party. It was a wood moose that when you move his tale up and down it will dump out M&M’s from its rear end.

Old Business: By-Law change, Richard had e-mailed to members the by-law proposal. Everyone had agreed to the change. It was voted in.
Buddy had not received a response from the owners of the claypits in Ione. It was decided to wait a month if no response it will be dropped.
Richard took over the ham radio project. The plan is to get Ham Radio License Manual, to study and then take a test. More info later.
Glenn got an e-mail from some guys about the dusey run. They wanted to go.
