The meeting was called to order at 7:30pm.

Jones, Wes Cross, Ken Dean (guest) and Mike Doherty
Introductions were done.
President‘s report: Glenn clarified that the
raffle gift were purchased from his own pocket money, not the clubs.
Vice-President’s report: -0-
Treasurer’s report: Balance is $1,473.19, a member
dropped out of the club because of the unspecified due date of yearly
dues. It was determined there were underlying issues. Ron stated that
dues are due by Jan. 1st and were considered late after Feb.
This was stated in the bylaws at one point in time but had since been
omitted.

Membership - -0-
Correspondence: Ron reported on a route
designation, annual dues renewal with CA4WD – he has to turn in dues by
June $45.00. Folks that pay through the club should make their check
payable to MLRC and give to treasurer
Old business: ham radio training is not April 19th
more information to follow later. Ken Dean says it is a good tool to
use.
New Business: April reported they checked into
defibulators. Sally is setting up a 1st aid/ CPR class. Mike
purchased a SPOT with 911 capability for $129. It can send messages for
help or other messages. $99 for messaging, a yearly charge, see at
website
April 7-13 – Death Valley
April 20th – Ron’s BBQ postponed
April 26th we will have hamburger and
mac salad you bring beverages for vehicle inspection day
May – Moab
May 3 – car show at Les Schwab, start 9am be there
early
May 24-25 – can’t read Gigi’s writing
June 28 - Blood, sweat & gears – kids on the rocks
June 21 – Airport Flat
June – Adopt a trial
