President: Dues are coming due, it is important to pay your dues early so the bills can be paid. It will also help our treasurer with his account balances. Vice-President: Talked about our trip to the beach. Planning to go to CA4WDC meeting on Nov. 8th, on WFF. Richard says there needs to be more people signing up for Winter Fun Fests Saturday dinner. Dec. 8th is when he needs a total. Treasurer: We have a balance of $821.62 in our account. Land – Use/Delegate: Del not present. Membership: Buddy Kirkes brought his in-laws with him tonight they would like to join the club. Corrspondence: Check out this website breeze-o-top.com they have rollbar grab handles to purchase. Ron read some mail. In Gear is changing the look of their paper to magazine style. We received a certificate from United. Old Business: The Adopt-a-trail form from Richard was filled out but now it has been misplaced some where. A new form will be sent to Richard. Richard explained to the new people at meeting about Winter Fun Fest event. February will be a vote on a by-law change. Read your email and be present for the next two meetings about this up coming decision on United. New Business: Buddy has composed a letter to the Ione Clay Pits owners to reopen the off road area again because it is a place he and others go that is local for there families to enjoy. He is writing on behalf of our club and asked us for our support. We suggested he say it would be on a trial basis. we voted to have buddy send letter. Gareth told us about his nephew that died in an accident at the Oregon dunes. Remember next meeting officer volunteers for president, vice-president, secretary,.
