President: He is getting ready for car show on Saturday. Richard had invited someone from the forest department to join us that day. Treasurer: We have now $1596.69. There was a $40.00 donation to the club by an outside person who Eric and Don helped a while ago. The club voted to reimburse Gareth for the hot dogs & buns. Deleget: Not here tonight. Membership: Gary says no calls for club but he got a few calls on the car show. Old Business: Ron discussed about what to expect for car event. Emily said she will help with registration. No charge for entering. Les Schwab is donating for drawing 2 high lifts and 1 gift certificate. There should be a good turn out of cars. Huge tires will be there for a few vehicles to park on. Breakfast at 7:00am. Cancer walk; we will give more information at next meeting Decals are in and they are $7.00 each, and there are 100 made, get them while they are hot! CAL4WD dues are due next meeting. New Business: There has been no response with Trail Source Company, club will wait until they contact us. The club has voted to send 5 subscriptions to JP Magazine to soldiers over seas. Del has asked us to help with Sierra Trek, we passed this year. 4 Wheel Parts has a website to link up to, do we want to link-up our website? Future Runs: Bronco Canyon- May 12th at Amador Station, 8:00 am Barney Riley- May 19th at Amador Sta. 8:00 am. Walker River- May 26th to 28th. Adopt-a-trail- June 9th at Amador Sta. 7:00 am. Kids on the Rocks- June 23rd Airport Flat- June 30th to 31 Rubicon- July 11th to 13 meet at Safeway in Pollack Pines at 8:00 am. Past Runs: Moab, The Bryants talked about their adventures there and so did the Pearsons. Eric reported on a couple snow runs he had gone on. Adjourned at 8:35pm.
