PRESIDENTS REPORT: Ron is in Missouri so our Vice President, Mike Mole”
took over the meeting.
VICE PRESIDENTS REPORT: Mike welcomed our guest this evening to the club
meeting. Mike & Sally have not done much except enjoy their vacation.
TREASURERS REPORT: Previous balance: $886.28.
December meeting sold $80.00 of club products. Received $12.50 from the
December raffle.
Reimbursed Pete and Karen Elmer $41.00 for supplies for the Cancer Camp
Out.
Current Balance: $937.78.
Bills outstanding: Cost of meat for the Christmas party.
United 4 Wheel renewal is past due. We pay them out of our club “dues”
so everybody cough it up tonight.
SECRETARYS REPORT: Minutes for December were approved with the
correction of the congratulations to the new offices. Since the election
was still open this was premature.
DELEGATE AND LAND USE: Del said nothing too much is happening right now.
January 20 is a Rubicon Trail Meeting in Sacramento. February 16, 17,
and 18 is the Cal 4 Wheel Convention is Reno and February 24 is Friends
of the Rubicon meeting in Sacramento.
MEMBERSHIP: Gary is snowed in tonight so there is no membership report.
CORRESPONDENCE: Mike Mole’ has not received any correspondence. Del
received information on forest access and Mark Stoller passed around
some information.
OLD BUSINESS: Car Show: No new information, T-Shirts: The first run was
made with a misprint so it was re done. After payment for the shirts the
club made $105.91. A long discussion was held on if the club should
purchase the misprints at a much reduced cost or let them go. A motion
was made to offer $300.00 for the misprints package. Mike will let us
know the outcome of the offer. Mike would also like someone else in the
club to take over the ordering of the shirts.
NEW BUSINESS: Nominations for new officers for the New Year. Those
nominated are as follows:
President – Mark Stoller, Richard Yeargan who declined.
Vice President – Richard Yeargan, Erik Kokernak and Bob Shields
Treasurer – Judy Timm (withdrew her nomination) and Mike Mole’
Secretary – Gigi Yeargan
Membership – Gary Pearson
Delegate and Land Use Rep – Del Albright

PAST RUNS: Christmas Party – was a great party with a BIG tree. Richard
& Gigi had another Christmas party and held a wedding also. The tree was
removed in pieces, branch by branch. Richard and Gigi were reimbursed
$100.00 for the meat. The club thanks the Yeargan’s for yet again their
great hospitality.
Erik and Lorin have been on a couple of trails last month. They went on
the Adopt a Trail and Lookout off Mormon Immigrant Trail.
FUTURE RUNS: Winter Fun Fest – looks like we will have enough help.
Richard is leaving on Friday. The Decorations Committee will meet on
Sunday at the Yeargan’s to put together the center pieces for the event.
There was some discussion about a Sunday run.
Cal 4 Wheel convention in Reno on February 16, 17, and 18.
Maybe a March 3 & 4 trip to Minden, staying at CVI with trips to the
Pine Grove Trails.
Death Valley March 24 thru the 31st.
Snow Patrol March 25th.
Moab is on the Web for April.
There being no further business. Meeting adjourned at 8:45 pm.
