President:  Mike talked about Winter Fun Fest, it was a good time good weather, very cold. We served the club members in our usual jolly way. Most of us had a wonderful time. Mikes arm is doing very well after it’s lobster bath.

Vice President:  Richard received a plaque for our club from CA4WDC for our participation and presented it to us. See it hanging on the wall at the meeting place.

Treasurer: Previous balance $937.78

Paid out: Gigi and Richard for X-Mas Meat $100.00

Collected: Club Dues in amount of $490.00

Shirt order profit (Del 43.00, Mike & Tami 17.91)= $60.91

Balance remaining of $1388.69.

There is a $35.00 deposit unaccounted for-I have no receipt and I “always” get one when I deposit, and have no recollection of making a deposit in that amount or on that date…If I did obviously dementia has set in! Mike did you get club dues from someone and make a deposit? That deposit brought our balance to $1423.69. $10.00 monthly service fee was charged again.

Current balance is $1413.69.

Ron Delaney still owes $43.00 for his shirt order which is to go into the club account as part of the profit we made from the sales.

 

Delegate: Del not here, Richard read email from Del. He wanted us to vote on the Cal4 bylaws.

#1 Change percentage of delegates. We voted NO.

#2 Change class of membership price. We voted YES

#3 Qtly. District meeting officers. We voted NO

#4  Life membership change. We voted NO

Richard emailed results to Del.

Ron informed us we need more club decals and they will cost us some money. We decided to order 100 of them. Not sure on the cost yet.

Molina Ghost Run, April 13-15 2007 Richard has info on that if interested.

Future Runs:

Campout for Cancer- Sept. 22&23 2007 we might be a committee, will discuss next meeting what to do. A local run.

CA4WDC Convention at Reno- Feb. 16-19^th 2007. Friday will be dinner at Claim Jumpers at 8:15pm. Del will have a booth for Blue Ribbon Coalition.

Carson Valley Inn- March 3&4^th 2007.

March 25^th Snowpatrol.

Moab Utah- April 14-21, 2007.

Walker River Run- May Memorial weekend 25^th – 28^th 2007

Dusy- August 11^th-18^th  2007

Derby- July 29^th 2007

Calaveras Derby- May 20^th 2007

Past Runs: Talked more about WFF. Felt food was good and the decorations were enjoyed by the people there. Carol, Me, Carol, Laura did a super job. It was fun maybe we will have another time to do that again.
