President: Mark was on vacation, so does not have much to say at this time.

V. President: Richard and Eric went to Forest meeting in Jackson on July 25, 2007.
They learned a few things and found out our Adopt-a-Trail will be safe and stay
open. Also Strawberry will be safe.
Treasurer: Not at meeting tonight.

Membership: It was brought up for the need to have more SUV runs. See future
runs.
Correspondence: Ron read mail that he received from forest proposal. We received
Low Range magazine. Pasted out envelopes from CAl4WDC to some members.

Mark said we signed the letter on the oil program we had participated in awhile back.

Old Business: We need to think about Memorial Day Run. Who has any ideas?

Future runs: Dusey Ershim Aug. 4th –11th, meeting at Park & Ride on Victor
Rd. in Lodi. 9:00 am.
Hope Valley- Aug. 31st – Sept. 3rd. Sat. will be Dear Valley trail. A couple members
have invited forest rangers to join us. They e-mailed but no response yet.
Sunday will be the potluck. Some members are going to leave their RV’s parked
up early in the week.

Swamp Lake- Sept.15&16 campout.

Doran Beach- Oct 26th-28th reserve early

Novice Run- Aug. 18th at adopt-a-trail Richard trail boss. There are several non-
members trying this run.
Apple Hill- Oct. 13 may need to carpool that day. (SUV)

BBQ, at Ken and Chris Ketterlings house- Sept. 29th. Potluck, bring chairs.

Ponderosa run- Nov. 3rd (this is an SUV run)

Adopt-a-Trail-clean-up run- Nov.10th

Christmas Party – Bob & Lynn Edmondson’s house Dec. 8th.

Bronco Canyon & Eldorado run- Oct. 20th& 21.

Past runs:
Rubicon; Eric and others reported they had an interesting time with challenges
They spent the night at Buck Island Lake Wednesday. Will was ill so Eric
decided to take him home.

Slick Rock & Round Valley; Richard reported 14 rigs came. We all enjoyed
our time and were very glad no serious problems with anyone in the group.
The new members and guests did extremely well. We had lunch by the
river and watched the dogs play in the water.

Barrett Lake; Eric reported guys had a great run and some events happened.

Derby; Buddy was not present to give report so Richard did. The event was more
organized this year. Thanks to all that came and helped tow and chain. Funnel
cake was good as usual.

Glenn donated assorted bungees for a raffle and Ron won. Thanks Glenn.
