PRESIDENTS REPORT: Richard has new shop hours. Winter hours are 8am to 4 pm Monday thur Friday by appointment only. When summer comes we will call them summer hours. His garage is being finished inside now but has been a slow process.

VICE PRESIDENTS REPORT: Trina has not been able to wheel much. For Christmas she got a winch and intends to put that in during the next two weeks.

TREASURERS REPORT: Mark reported there is $742.59 in our account. Gareth has requested reimbursement for the meat for our Christmas party. It was moved seconded and unanimous to reimburse Gareth. Club dues are due tonight. Five families paid before the meeting tonight. We need to pay United as soon as possible or we will be late. United is raising their dues next year.

SECRETARYS REPORT: The minutes were accepted with corrections. Sally was with the Hills Angels, not the Hells Angels, and Don Riddle was listed as a guest.

MEMBERSHIP: Ron went through his roster today. As of this am there are 29 families, one is dropping out. The list will be passed around, please make any corrections that may be needed. The club has leveled off. We have had lots of visitors buy many have not returned to meetings. Is something wrong? Ron is concerned. A discussion followed. It was mentioned that we are scheduling too many runs per month as well as sometimes we have more than one run in the same day or weekend. One member said he had received feed back from a visitor who would not be able to make overnight trips. They did not have RV’s but would like to see more day trips so they could attend. The end results were: Shorter runs, not a many overnighters may help, don’t overbook runs and maybe not so many per month. Ron read some by laws for the guests.

DELEGATE REPORT/LAND USE AND CONSERVATION: Del said he has run into some people who are still unhappy that the Gate Keeper on the Rubicon was destroyed. Del also stated that we all need to stay on top of the off road designation plan.

Del’s jeep is coming along. The Rubicon Express and a few others are going to overhaul his jeep. Everything the Rubicon Express makes will be on his jeep.

CORRESPONDENCE: Ron passed around the monthly Off Road and Blue Ribbon. The In Gear is not in yet. Info on the road designations was in, a catalogue from JEREEL was passed around, and a letter from Blue Ribbon asking for donations for their legal fund was discussed. Last year we donated $400.00. It was moved by Mark Stoller and seconded by Trina Cooper to send a $250.00 donation this year. It passed unanimously.

OLD BUSINESS: About 21 people are signed up for the Winter Fun Fest.

PAST RUNS: No one made the Toy Run this year. Trina’s snow run has been rescheduled. The beach run to Doran was interesting. Some spent the entire week. It was nice on Monday, Tuesday was ugly, Wednesday was gorgeous, Thursday was nice till noon and Friday was very, very ugly, Saturday was half and half. Sunday was a miserable ride, side winds and all. All and all it was a decent turn out. Alan went on a two rig run to PiPi Valley.

FUTURE RUNS: Road Patrol will be scheduled for February 26. Death Valley March 18 or 25th. Moab on May 6 thru the 13th.
