PRESIDENTS REPORT:  Ron welcomed the guests and had the officers introduce themselves.  Guests then introduced themselves and told the club what they drive.  Ron’s only adventure was his trip to Glamis and it sounds like there were a lot of people, quads and RV’s there.  He and his family had a good time.

VICE PRESIDENTS REPORT:  Mike had not gone anywhere except to work.

TREASURERS REPORT:  At the November meeting we collected $80.00 in new membership dues from Bob Edmondson and Bob Shields.  Sold $66.00 in club products, for a total of $146.00.  New Balance, $986.28. Paid annual renewal membership of $100.00 to Blue Ribbon.  Current Balance $886.28.  Bills outstanding:  $41.00 to Pete and Karen for supplies for cancer campout booth, $150.00 for artwork on new club logo and reimbursement to Richard and Gigi for cost of meat for the Christmas Party. The Post Office box rent is due but Ron said he will pay it instead of his $36.00 dues.

SECRETARY'S REPORT:  The minutes were approved.

MEMBERSHIIP:  Gary has handed out lots of literature on the club.  Ron gave out the website information so the visitors can see the rules and regulations and how to become a member.

DELEGATE AND LAND USE:  Del told us about a meeting on December 11 at White Pines on trails and possible road closures.  A FR meeting February 24 in Sacramento.  SEMA is interested in helping off road groups.

CORRESPONDENCE:  United 4wheel Drive renewal, info on a trails meeting in Sonora on December 13.  Another will be held in Groveland on December 14.  Received In Gear magazine and Blue Ribbon magazine which had a very nice article thanking Richard for helping out a man who needed help on the trail.  Richard would not accept any money for helping him but told him to instead make a donation to Blue Ribbon.  The man did make the donations in Richard Yeargan’s name as well as write a very appreciative letter.

Don collected money for tonight’s raffle.

OLD BUSINESS:  Ron again reminded everyone that there are still items for sale on the shelves.  Winter Fun Fest January 12, 13, 14, Ron asked for all the help we can get to help at the dinner.  Car Show, Ron talked to Mike Carter and the Les Schwab anniversary is in March but if the weather is bad we could have it in April or May.  The Christmas Party is this Saturday at Richards.  Come anytime after 1:00 pm, dinner should be about 4 or 5:00 pm.

NEW BUSINESS:  Ron would like to sign us up for the Snow Patrol again this year on March 25.

Nominations for next year’s officers were held.  They are as follows:
President – Mark Stoller
Vice President – Richard Yeargan
Treasurer – Judy Timm
Secretary – Gigi Yeargan
Membership – Gary Pearson
Delegate and Land Use – Del Albright
Since these are all unopposed I would like to say “Congratulations to our new Officers”.

PAST RUNS:  Adopt a Trail, Erik reported on the cleanup.  There was lots of trash to pick up, they diverted some water and some of the closure signs are already gone.  Bodie Run, Gary said there were 4 Jeeps, had a great time but on the way out they wanted to take a harder route.  Took one, washed out, took another, lots of brush.  GPS said they were not on the trail, it got dark.  Gary had a slashed tire.  They got home very late.  Dillon Beach, Allen said it was very windy but they had a good time.  The ate 45 pounds of turkey.  Clear Creek Gary did not go this year.  He had an internal blow out on the Bodie run and must take it easy.  Glamis, Ron was there for Thanksgiving along with about 40 to 45,000 RV’s and about 145,000 people.  It was wall to wall for 7 miles.  Met some very interesting people.  The rides ranged from 1 ½ hours to 5 hours long.

FUTURE RUNS:  The Christmas Party, New Years Eve Ron is going to California City. Winter Fun Fest January 12, 13, and 14.  Moab, Dusey possible in the summer.  Cal 4Wheel convention February 16, 17 and 18 which several are interested in going.

The drawing was held.  The pot was $25.00 so the winner will receive $12.50 plus a lantern and a cooler.  The winner was Don.  HUMMMMMMM didn’t he collect the tickets?????  Love you Buttercup.
