Gareth moved and Pete seconded to have a booth, passed. Pete will head the committee. Gareth, Carol and Larry will help out.

PAST RUNS: August 20-21 was the Rubicon work day. It was very successful. None of our members attended. The Barrett Lake Run was cancelled. Ron reported on the Labor Day Run – Gareth was security for the rigs that were taken up early. Those who went up early went on some runs. Fridays run was Barney Riley trail, the river was to high to reach the hot springs. On the way back we came back another route that was fun. Saturday’s runs were a 7am to the Sweetwater Mountains. It was cold leaving that early. We signed the book and took pictures up there. We had lunch at Belfort. We met the late group at Belfort going up as we were coming down. Some went on to Meyers after Sweetwater it has a man made trail through town (a mini Rubicon). As usual Alan provided the entertainment on the Strawberry trail. Usually the rock pile is the roughest part but now the trail is in really bad shape. Ron’s track bar was broken but he made it through the trail. At the rock pile they encountered an inexperienced quad rider. The rock pile made Sally nervous. Sundays run was the Deer Valley Trail around to Hwy 4 then through the trail. The Pot Luck Sunday evening was very good as always. Labor Day weekend was good runs, good food, and good times.
