SECRETARYS REPORT: The minutes were approved as presented.

MEMBERSHIP: Ron noticed we still have returning guests and they are meeting their requirements.

DELEGATE REPORT/LAND USE AND CONSERVATION: Del reported on the Rubicon. The county blasted the Gate Keeper. They stated a permanent erosion problem. The U.S. Forestry is threatening to close the entire trail if the erosion problem is not solved. Little Sluice is next to be blasted to stop the party people. The rumor is the U.S. Forestry is going to close the Rubicon 6 months out of the year because of wet weather destruction.
Blue Ribbon is growing by leaps and bounds and Stacie has had a good deal to do with getting new members.

CORRESPONDENCE: Ron received a letter from someone interested in the club but he has not shown up to the meetings. Ron received Blue Ribbon membership cards and information, the Blue Ribbon magazine for November, In Gear for November and Cal 4 Wheel information. New emergency cards were passed out.

OLD BUSINESS: Sign ups for the Winter Fun Fest is lacking in crew. The club can go on any run they wish to this year. The Tundra Trek sounds good. Glacier Assault was selected as the run to go on. It was discussed if the cub wants to donate a prize again this year. It was decided to get two $50.00 gift certificates to donate; Don will take care of getting those. The club parking will be located in the Fairview Terraces.
The Christmas party planning is coming along fine but only 7 members have signed up.

NEW BUSINESS: Nominations for the 2006 year are as follows: President – Mike Mole and Ron Delaney. Vice President – Mark Stoller and Mike Mole. Treasurer – Don Webber. Secretary – Carol Hilborn. Membership – Ron Delaney, Gary Pearson and Don Riddle. Delegate – There is only one Del.

PAST RUNS: Bronco Canyon, Sally stayed at the KOA at the Hilton. The group was joined by 7 rigs from the Hells Angels. ALL of our club members went over “The Rock”. After the run they had dinner at the Outback where the service was very slow.
Thanksgiving at Dillon – Dana said it was great, there were several people there, 3 from the club. Clear Creek – Gary said they had dinner in San Jose then off to Clear Creek. Had a great time. Oregon Dunes – Ron said several went and had a good time but it’s not like the summer time. The sand was wet and pretty packed. They went to an animal park that was very entertaining,
Adopt A Trail – Buddy took a trip there and stated there are several trees that are going to have to be dealt with next year. There was some snow.
Del and Stacie were on the Rubicon and had a great time. They helped educate the Pirates of the Rubicon. One guy set a record; he trashed his jeep less than 24 hours after being educated.

FUTURE RUNS: December 3, Saturday is the Toy Run. Christmas and New Years at Doran Beach, December 24 thru January 4. Doran is full except for the first come, first served spaces.

There being no further business, meeting adjourned at 8:55.
Respectfully Submitted, Carol Whitehead
