Meeting Minutes  
  November 4, 2004

Memebers present: Mike & Sal Molé, Gareth Hilborn, Larry & Carol Whitehead, Don Weber, Richard & Gigi Yeargan and Don Riddle

Guests present: Alan, Dana & Tyler Ames, Mark Foley, Tom Allgaier, Deborah Pulskamp and Jim & Stephani Rogers

President's Report: Richard Yeargan called the meeting to order at 7:40pm. He had many guests to introduce. Richard & Gigi have been very busy. They bought a new/used 2001 Ford, 6-speed diesel and a 35-foot Warrior Trailer.







Vice President's Report: Trina was in Fort Worth, Texas and unable to attend.

Trea$urer's Report: Mark was on his way to Phoneix. But he had left an update that there had been no changes in the account. So our balance remains at $900.79. However we did recieve member dues from two memebers, Michel & Blake, THANK YOU!

Secretary's Report: Saly offered to pass around a copy of the previous minutes. There were no takers.

Memebership: Richard reported for Ron who was at a Warrior convention. The club received 3 inquires regarding membership and we had a bunch of guests present.

Delegate, Land Use & Conservation: Del was in Idaho and unable to attend.

Correspondence: Richard reported for Ron. BRC is asking for a donation. Toyota Highlanders are having their toy run on 12/4. It is called Christmas Promise. They are asking for unwrapped gifts for children. Gareth shared a story of his rotton experience with 4WD Parts in Sacto.

Old Business: X-mas party is set for 12/18. It will be potluck style again. There will be a sign-up sheet on the web-site. Winter Fun Fest 1/14-1/16 we will be doing the Hysterical Tour! and then serving dinner on Saturday night. Richard is checking on the camping situation. He thinks it will be $20-$25/night for our rigs. WFF will also have a sign-up sheet.

New Business: None to report.

Past Runs: Doran Beach; a good time was had by all. The weather was very nice. We ate lots of chowder and flew lots of kites. Mike lost two very nice brand new kites but his Nemo kite that Mark gave him just kept coming back! Ron's yard sale; Richard reported it went very well, nothing from MLRC showed up. Del's fall colors; Del was still travelling. Adopt-a-trail; there was a tree blocking the trail so it was a very short run. However folks did explore some of the trails behind Bear River.

Future Runs: Moke River Clean-up: 11/6 meeting at 8:30 at the Jackson Senior Center. Bronco Canyon 11/13 meeting at 9:00am-ish in front of Atlantis in Reno. Coral Hollow Nite Run; Mark was not there to report. Expect an email or check the sign-up sheet for more information. Thanksgiving @ Walker River is still the plan but weather could be an issue. X-mas party 12/18 we will have a gift exchange with a $20 limit. Winter Fun 1/14-1/16
