President's report: Richard reported we all had a great time in Topaz. A big thanks to Mike & Tammy for such a well planned trip. The club was very happy Del attended the 4WD convention in Reno; he had a boring job to do there. That freed the rest of us to eat, drink, drive go-carts, shop and play for the weekend. Thanks Del! Richard has been working on his new scout. He installed a Kilby air compressor. He said Kilby was extremely helpful and he would highly recommend them. He also installed new springs in Scott's jeep. Richard and Dave have been fishing. Work on the garage is on hold due to weather.

Vice President's report: Trina was playing in Houston and not able to attend.

Treasurer's report: Mark collected more dues from members. He wrote two checks;
Un4WD membership for $230 that has not been cashed yet and Steve for the club photo for $120. The balance on this was $981.22.

Secretary's report: Sally read highlights from the lengthy minutes from the last meeting.

Membership: Ron assisted Mark in collecting more dues.

Delegate: The Fire Chief is vacationing; no report!

Land & Conservation: Hopefully we don't have any fires in Moke Hill since the Fire Chief is out and about; no report either.

Correspondence: Ron passed around mail from Aluminum Racing Wheels, Alcoa, Gibson Exhaust and Road Advantage Magazine. El Dorado Forest Service is holding meetings for OHV input. 3/10 in Georgetown, 3/23 in Georgetown and 3/24 in Jackson from 6-8pm. Richard will attend this one. United 4WD is sending us late notices. Mark mailed the check; it has not cleared the account.
Mark asks that folks start paying dues before 1/1 so he can mail the check out earlier to avoid late notices.
Blue Ribbon is offering to publish our "big event" for free.....if we give them a list of members. Dick Young wrote to thank us for our participation in Reno. 4WD of Fresno is celebrating their 50th anniversary on March 27-28 at Sanders Park. Ron also provided the February In Gear.

Pete informed Richard his "in" with them had not been responding to Pete's phone calls. Ron is diligently working on the club roster. The member area on the website is fairly up to date. Mike has white & yellow window decals. Ron has the red, white and blue window decals and is ordering 6 more. If you haven't updated your medical card, please do so and turn it in to Ron to laminate. Richard was not brought up to date on any CA4WD bylaw changes.

New business: Emily told everyone about the 4th annual Black and White Ball happening in Moke Hill on March 27th. It is $50 per person; choice of prime rib or salmon dinner at the Hotel Leger and a dance following at the town hall. Dance only tickets are $20. Sally introduced Blackhawk Golf Apparel and passed around a catalog. They sell very pricey clothes, hats and outer wear. Mike wanted to know if there was interest in club presence at the 150th year celebration for Amador County. The parade is in Sutter Creek on 6/6. Wells Fargo has donated an original stage coach and invited Arnold S. and his family to ride in it. He will report more info at the next meeting. The sheriff's dept. would like to be involved in our training day. Trina needs a count for breakfast at her place before the Ione parade.

Past runs: Mike wasn't there to report on the Topaz trip but we all agreed we had a great time. CA4WD convention in Reno was fun and we really appreciate Del sitting through all the meetings. FOTR meeting on 2/21; Del was not present to report.

Future runs: 3/7 Immigrant Road Patrol & Survey; Ron thinks it will take about 5 hours to patrol and play. He wants everyone to meet at 7:30am at Marlene & Glen's in Plymouth or 8:30am if you're not hungry. Ron thanked everyone for participating in picture day. We are eager to hear from Steve and see the proofs. Ron has an "in" to get his wall photo. 3/27-4/4 Del's Death Valley trip. Richard & Gigi tried unsuccessfully for a hotel due to gas prices.
