Vice Presidents Report None Treasurer Report Balance $917.47, Expense $14.75 for new checks. Can not exceed balance of $1,000.00 otherwise amount will be reported to IRS. Authorized signers on checks are Richard, Mark and Mike. Secretary Report Mike absent again... Delegate Report Del absent, Richard, Mark, Wes and Gareth attended El Dorado National Forest Meeting. Discussed Grant Money, Groom Deer Valley Trail in winter, law enforcement on trails, more information for trail users, rate trail for users and kiosks. Club voted to accept Strawberry Trail as another Adopt-A-Trail. Membership Report Tony return again to attend a meeting. Had some contact through the web site. Correspondence Received Stanislaus National Forest & El Dorado National Forest NEPA practices, schedule of proposed action. Blueribbon Magazine, Club dues notice for CA4WDC, due June 30th, $40.00 to join. Emails form John Chester thanking for information on Dusy. Jeff Zeber wants to attend meeting and this weekend and want to know where club stickers are. Old Business T-Shirts and windshield banners still for sale, see Mike or Tami 3 hats left see Ron. Ron looking in to ordering more. Adopt-A-Trail July 4th, TSPN ride along. Club roster, Ron working on. New Business Nevada Memorial Day Weekend trip. Camp at same location as the last two years. El Dorado Canyon Saturday, Bronco Sunday with a alternative easier run. Wes and Richard going up early to reserve area. Amador County Fair, Buddy is still waiting for information. Camp Jeep Trina will be going. Club Yard Sale at Ron's Oct 11th, all proceeds go to the Motherlode Rockcrawlers. Past Runs Pine Needle Flat/ overhaul Richards ignition day. Carson Valley Blueribbon Coalition, 19 vehicles 5 from our club. Future Runs Ione Homecoming Parade May 4th “Amerian Flag(s) on all vehicles”. Airport flat June 14th, Hell Hole? McKinstry?
