Mark was absent, bank balance $841.79 as reported by Richard.

Membership:

Ron said he had been in contact with a few new people. Ron mentioned that a few members had not paid dues. Ron said that Rich and Peggi as well as Buddy where having hard times right now. The membership determined to allow them to pay dues whenever they could and keep them on the active raster. Ron has tried to contact with Carol Meijer with no response.



Delegate/Land Use/Conservation:

Del was away. Ron mentioned there was going to be a CA4WDC meeting April 25th and a FOTR meeting March 23rd.

Correspondence:

Received Back Country Adventures book, invitation to attend Fresno 4WDC’s Three Rocks Weekend. Received IRS tax ID number. Also received Stanislaus National Forest master plan letter.

By-laws. Brenda James made a good presentation of the proposed changes. The membership voted on the various items. Brenda will be typing up By-laws with the final changes.
