Meeting Minutes     January 9th 2003 Ron DeLaney the President brought the meeting to order at 7:35PM there were 24 members present. Vice Presidents Report: No report. Treasurer Report: Ken Ketterling was absent. Membership: No report. Land Use/Conservation: Del Albright will be attending state OHV meeting the 23rd Jan. Del will be attending the CA4WDC convention representing the club. He also will be meeting with the leaders of CORVA to go over some Blueribbon stuff. March 22-23 California Multiple Use Summit. March 23rd is also the FOTR meeting. Del has been working with El Dorado County on application process for grant money. El Dorado County has also purchased the FOTR around $10,000 in trail sanitary products for testing. Our club will be participating with the testing process as well as a hundred other clubs. In addition Ron DeLaney added he would be attending the North CA4WDC meeting January 25th in Oroville hosted by the Ophir Gopher Jeep Club. Correspondences: Received the California State Parks Magazine, Adventure. Received Blueribbon Magazine. Received report and plans for the Stanislaus Nation Forest from the Stanislaus Nation Forest office. Also received letter from CA4WDC President requesting we send money. Old Business: Ron Received Jeff Zeber’s membership dues from last month membership vote to allow him to join our club. The check was turned over to Mark. Ron Stated he would send Jeff some stickers. Winter Fun Festival, Richard went over the plans for the club members attending. Jackets are available contact Jerry or Cecilia Breedlove at Blue Sky Impressions. 91 Church Street Suite E, Sutter Creek, CA 95685 T-Shirts, Mike is putting in an order of royal blue shirts with the same logo as last year. They will be ready for February’s meeting. Hats, Ron still has about 10 more. Windshield decals, Mike will have them at February’s meeting for $15 (White or Yellow) New Business: The club went over the proposed CA4WDC by-law changes. The membership voted on what Del should vote on the proposed changes at the CA4WDC convention. Our club by-law changes where discussed. A committee was formed to look over the changes. Ron announced he would be running for CA4WDC North District Vice President.
