President:  Absent for Andrews Birthday.

Vice President:  Got married since last meeting. Received email from the internet service offering a discount for renewing early. Richard made motion that we renew early. Seconded by Emily.

Treasurer: ( By phone) Balance is $454.41. All bills paid, Ron has requested $72.00 reimbursement for hitch covers and $36.00 for club P.O. Box. No action taken.

Old Business: 

Winter Fun Fest: Some members are interested in participating but want to do something different than winching all night and hosting the games. Richard volunteered to look into the matter.

New Business:

Christmas Party:  Mike wants to organize a GPS game. Richard, Mike and Mark volunteered for the committee.

Gareth volunteered Carol to head food committee.
