reserved for dues to BRC, and $20 for dues to UFW. Ken was asked to
determine what our minimum balance needs to be in order to avoid
monthly bank fees.
Membership: Larry and Carol Whitehead are eligible for membership
but are not present to defend themselves so we decided to table a
vote until the appropriate time.

projects currently in progress mostly maintenance related, Southwest
4WD assn. Sent their newsletter, Eldorado Natl. Forest is starting

12th annual swap meet. Invitation to Lost Coast Historical Tour.
Received a solicitation from a local person for us to sell his
automotive cleaners as a fundraiser.
Old Business: Med cards still need to be completed and returned to
Ron. By law change, not enough members present. T-shirts still
available at meetings and runs contact Richard or Mike. Tax ID
number form was returned due to the fact that the information is
incomplete. Hitch covers are stuck in transit and should be
available at the VA City run.
New Business: Buddy has been in contact with Roger Rigsby who wants
us to tow vehicles for the Destruction Derby. Volunteers are Buddy,
Richard, Dean, Ron, and Gareth. Buddy will work out the details with
Roger and report back to the interested members. Mike applied for
and was granted an adopt –a- trail in the name of
Californiajeeper.com and Motherlode Rockcrawlers. The Round Valley
Trail located 1 mile from Slickrock is 2.6 miles long. Hats are
still in progress the maker is having a logistics problem with the
logo. Flag design is still being worked out it is questionable if we
will be able to come up with something that’s affordable as well as
durable. We are about to run out of decals and a new order needs to
be placed, Jerry made a motion that the decals be ordered and Mark
seconded. The cost to the club was $391 for 50 decals last tome we
ordered. Jerry suggested that the club look into some fundraising
activities to help finance some of the club expenses. Cal 4 Wheel
membership renewal is due by June 30.
