Ron brought the meeting to order at 7:40PM there were 10 members
present.

President: Hitch covers have not yet arrived should be here soon.
Updated club rosters are now available to club members
Vice President: Mike reports there has been 725 hits to the website,
down 85 from last month, he paid the domain registration fee of $25.
Jerri made the motion that Mike is reimbursed from club funds. The
motion was seconded and passed by voice vote.
Treasurer: Ken reports our bank balance to be $525 there are a few
checks to deposit and some absentee members who haven’t paid and may no
longer wish to be members.
Membership: Mark talked to a gentleman from Lodi and he accepted an
invitation to the meeting but didn’t show.
Delegate/Conservation: Del is absent, it is noted that Del has asked for
some time at the next meeting to address the members.
Correspondence: Stanislaus National Forrest sent an outline of the Brown
Darby Fuel Reduction Project in the Darby Fire Area.
A Certificate of Appreciation was received from United 4-Wheel and
sticker were handed out.
An announcement from Fresno 4X4 inviting the membership to 3-Rocks
Weekend March 23 & 24.
A letter from The BRC Political Action Committee asking for donations
was received.
No action was taken on the correspondence.
Old Business: Med. Cards need to be in place before Memorial Day
weekend. Club dues are overdue for members who haven’t paid. There
weren’t enough members present to vote on the proposed by-law change.
Mark gave Ron the form to apply for the tax ID number.
New Business: The first Thursday in July falls on the Independence Day
holiday making it necessary to move the July meeting to July 11. Some
members expressed interest in the Kids On The Rocks run on July 13, and
requested more information to be discussed at the next meeting; I will
contact the people in charge and have the info. at the next meeting.
Future Runs: 3/9 &3/10 Hollister Hills Report is on the website
4/6 &4/7 New Melones Base camp at New Melones campground, RV friendly,
turn at Glory Hole.
5/4 Black Springs – Pine Needle Flat depending upon snow conditions.
5/5 Ione Homecoming Parade Picnic in the park afterward?
5/25 thru 5/27 Memorial Day weekend Virginia City camping at the
overlook same as last year.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:15 PM.
