Presidents Report: Thanks to Mike for facilitating Novembers meeting while Ron celebrated Andrews 18^th birthday.

Vice president: Renewed club domain name and now has e-mail accounts available at motherloderockcrawlers.com.

Vice president: Current balance is $418.41 has bill for domain name $24.00 and notice from UFWD for membership dues $10.00 per member. Ron suggested that we delay payment until membership dues are paid. Ken asked for clarification on what to do with excess funds collected for BRC membership. It was agreed that the money would go into club funds.

Membership: Mark received and answered a couple of e-mail inquires. Dave and Laura Blake have met their membership requirements and still wish to become members. A motion was made by Mark to accept them as members. Seconded by Del. Membership voted by voice to accept. Welcome  Dave & Laura.

Delegate No report Del plans to attend Cal-4-Wheel convention in February.

Correspondence: Reminder from WFF to get our registration in soon.

E-mail from 4 Wheel Drive Guidebooks informing us of their series of guidebooks and offering to sponsor our events with their product and sale prices.

E-mail from Del indicating changes needed in By-laws to be put on February agenda. E-mail from Del outlining his appearance on local TV, representing our club. E-mail from Del New Mexico organization raffling Jeep Rubicon.

Old Business: Discussion on winter funfest participation. We currently have about 18 members participating. Our trail choice is the Historical Run and we volunteered to serve Saturday dinner.

Christmas party at Ron’s house arrive at noon and dinner at 4:00 o’clock. Potluck with chicken and tri-tip BBQ.

Del gave demonstration of cardboard folding toilet. Suggested using it with Pett bags. Folds to compact unit. Del showed video of TV appearance on local station. Del updated the club on Rubicon oversight committee activities. The BRC is having a meeting at Carson Valley Inn on April 11^th and there is talk of a run to coincide with the meeting.

New Business: E-mail from Bill Zeber wishing to purchase a membership for his son Jeff Zeber. Who has fulfilled his membership requirements except for meeting attendance, because he lives in San Jose. The matter was turned over to Mark to follow up.
