Mike brought the meeting to order at 7:35 PM and turned the meeting over to Del. There were members present.


Guests in attendance were:

Dan Trammel from Pacific Products, pacpro@volcano.net. Gave a presentation on his cleaning product. Our cost for the product would be approximately $5.00 per gallon, sell for $15.00 per gallon. Will custom package with our label on bottle. Samples were distributed to Del, Richard, Mike and Rich.

Membership: Had 1 call from Lodi who showed up as a guest and received a membership application from Scott and Patti Dickinson.

Conservation / Land Use/Delegate: attended Stanislaus National Forest interface plan meeting. Dealing with dirt bikes in the interface area.

BRC has a radio ad on KFBK 1530.


Correspondence: United Voice Southwest 4-wheeldrive magazine, mostly Del stuff.

Old Business: First aid cards, no comments. By-law change, there were not enough members present to vote. Tabled until February meeting. T-shirts available see Richard. Tax ID is back in Ron’s hands. Hitch covers, hats see Ron.

Pet Toilet Del found cool deal and will be getting a unit. Del received an offer from another manufacturer “Brief Relief” Toilets offering his product and 40 free bags. Del was able to con him out of the bucket, bags and privacy tent for free.

New Business: Meeting attendance and associate membership was discussed. Should attendance be enforced and do we need to change by-laws to reflect our needs.

Past Runs: Deer Valley with Jack Welch, watch for article in BRC magazine. September or October in full color. Jack was impressed by our membership.


30+ members attended the Dillon Beach campout. A great time was had by all. Guests commented on our hospitality.

Adopt-A-Trail: Forest service went in ahead of us and did a lot of work only a few trees to cut and by passes to block. We found the warming hut was vandalized. (broken window).

Destruction Derby, club was announced at pretty car contest.

Future Runs: Niagara Rim on August 10th, only Richard and Don registered at present.

Labor Day weekend, Del will be at Sand Mountain Clean-up, the rest of the club will be at Hope Valley.

Mike and Tami will be getting married October 26, 2002.
