Ron brought the meeting to order at 7:40 PM there were 13 members

President: Hitch covers haven’t arrived, Ron will contact the
manufacturer, and Ron is ordering hats with the club logo and should be
Available next meeting. TSPN has contacted Ron about doing a TV
interview about the club.
Vice President: The website received 960 hits last month up 235 from
Feb. T-shirts are available for $13.
Treasurer: Our current bank balance is 696.36 we earned 86 interest and
paid $4.50 monthly service fee.
Membership: Mark is absent Ron reports that Peter Welch has been moved
to the guest roster for nonpayment of dues.
Delegate/Land Use/Conservation: Del is going to be in Ontario this
weekend to help save Glamis along with all of the sand dune groups. He
has just returned from working the BRC booth at Moab and has a new title
and sponsorship Del is now known by the title:

Old Business: Medical cards have been laminated and distributed to
members in attendance to be kept in their rigs in case of emergency.
New business: Del gave an informative presentation on the great work
that FOTR has done on the Rubicon in order to control runoff of silt
into Lake Tahoe, showing slides of the water bars and re-vegetation work
done by the volunteers. He explained the new threat to the trail in the
form of personal sanitation and some of the ideas that need to be
considered in order to mitigate the impact of the human waste left
behind by trail users.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:30PM
